Unsubscribe from Notifications or Delete Your MinistryPulse Account
MinistryPulse operates with user unsubscribe and delete account controls, meaning we cannot unsubscribe you from notifications or delete your account—but you can do it yourself!
Here’s how…
To Unsubscribe From Email Notifications
1. Go to our mobile website app: https://app.ministrypulse.org
2. Log in with the email and password you used to originally create your account. If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot Password” link to reset it.
3. Click the gear icon at the top right of the page.
4. Select “Settings”
5. Adjust your notification settings as desired.
To Delete Your MinistryPulse Account Completely
1. Go to our mobile website app: https://app.ministrypulse.org
2. Log in with the email and password you used to originally create your account. If you forgot your password, click the “Forgot Password” link to reset it.
3. Click on the gear icon at the top right of the page.
4. Select “User Profile” from the menu.
5. Click on “Delete Account” and follow any confirmation prompts. Note: All of your data and journals will immediately become unavailable.
